De-Script-ion:
ZJ series slurry pump is horizontal single-stage, single-suction and double case centrifugal slurry pump. Adopting solid-liquid two-phase flow velocity ratio, ZJ series slurry pump can convert the energy between sold and liquid sufficiently in the pump casting; Also improves erosion of the flowing parts.
With advanced water-power design, reasonable structure and highly corrosion- resistant materials, ZJ slurry pumps have high-efficiency, good-cavitation-capability, long-lifespan, work-reliable advantages, etc.
1. Pump head:
- Apply of double-cases pumps or single-case pumps according to requirement.
- Double-cases pump centrally split vertical direction. Discharge port can be positioned at 8 different positions
At an interval of 45°
2. Bracket:
- Horizontally split
- Cantilever
3. Shaft seal:
- Expeller seal and packing seal;
- Packing seal;
- Mechanical seal
4. Driving:
- Directly driven;
- Directly driven via hydraulic coupling;
- Belt-driven
Applications:
ZJ slurry pumps are widely applied for mine, metallurgy, electric power, coal and other industrial fields to transport gangue, fine mineral, ash, slush, gravel and other strong abrasion and high-concentration slurries.
